Profile Description

I have become equipped with the necessary knowledge that come with the position such as; Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Quality Management and Control, Process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma.

I have an experience in Supply Chain as a Supply Chain Specialist. I do review submissions and process purchase orders, make purchase order adjustments, maintain and update internal ERP, as well as vendor and customer database, manage multiple business channels with varying requirements, audit multiple inventory locations, provide customer service to vendors and internal departments, and special customers.

I do plan and schedule new manufacturing projects, works with vendors to ensure timely completion of work and tracks vendor compliance, communicates with manufacturing clients regarding all aspects of the vendor side of manufacturing project timelines, production processes, logistics, capacity. Moreover, helps develop processes and onboard new clients for manufacturing, resolve quality issues, and ensure quality control procedures are followed.

I also worked as a Customer Service Representative – Tier II. I have been part of the increase and progress of the sales and revenue of the account. I have also been the focal person for social media engagement and been working with clients for different attributed campaigns. This work has helped me to acquire skills such as Customer Service Management, Sales and Marketing, and Social Media Management.
