I’ve been in the freelancing world for over 3 years now and I’ve pretty much done all sorts of work in this industry.  I've worked as phone support for processing an order, checking a delivery status, and handling customers' complaints. I've also become a Quality Specialist who checks and ensures that all of the phone calls being done by the agent follow the policy and procedure. Currently, I'm handling a team which is composed of 20 agents. Our main task is to ensure to lessen the refund rates by providing the best possible responses to the customers in every situation. My position as a manager helped me to develop my leadership skill as well as my customer service skill. I'm very much familiar with using Helpscout, Shipstation, Shiphero, Zendek, Shopify, Zopim, Avaya, Oracle, Stripe, Spree, Telesales, Google documents, and MS office.
