I’ve been with Real Estate appointment setting for almost a year. Generate and qualify leads for real estate agents by making outbound calls and setting appointments for potential clients to meet with them. Plotting the appointment to the realtor’s calendar and making a follow up call for appointments confirmation.

I’ve been with UPS Account Receivable for almost 2years, doing outbound & inbound calls. Assisting customers regarding their concerns, especially with collecting their payments & helping them with their suspended accounts.

My recent job was Appointment Setting in PCS Call Center for more than 4years. Calling client’s provided leads to set up an in-person or virtual appointment for them to purchase/add insurance. Adding the appointment to client’s calendar and making a follow up call for appointment’s confirmation. Given a weekly appointment quota/target. Updating client’s daily dashboard and call logs as well.

I’ve been a fitness business as an Appointment Setter / Chat Support. Handling client’s social media platforms such as, INSTAGRAM, FB & BUSINESS SUITE. Wherein, we’re posting, commenting, & adding friends to get more engagement. Setting appointments & assisting leads to book a call with the client thru messaging & social media platform.
