I worked as a Helpdesk Technician I at Stefanini Philippines, supporting projects for clients like ACAMS, Matthews International, and KraftHeinz. Prior to that, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, managing major accounts such as Amazon, Virgin Media, and T-Mobile.
During my undergraduate studies, I completed internships at the Social Security System and the Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking (CYAN), gaining firsthand experience in public service and advocacy work.
