I began my career in customer service, providing quality support via phone, chat, and email. My formal training in digital marketing began when I was hired as a Marketing Assistant and Personal Assistant to a Managing Director. In this role, I received structured exposure to SEO, analytics tools, campaign strategy, and project management. I communicated with clients, coordinated with internal teams, analyzed performance data, and supported the execution of marketing initiatives. This experience solidified my transition from support-based marketing tasks to strategic digital marketing functions.

From there, I continued to grow within the digital marketing field, expanding into content strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, CRM systems, analytics reporting, and performance optimization. I worked on campaigns focused on lead generation, audience engagement, and measurable growth across different industries.

This year, I served as Head of Sales and Marketing for a multi-branch commercial fitness business, leading sales and marketing operations across five locations. I develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, oversee membership acquisition and retention campaigns, manage partnerships, and analyze performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are achieved. This position unites leadership and measurable growth strategies, rooted in the customer-first perspective that has guided my career from the beginning.
