With more than 11 years of experience in a BPO (Call Center) Industry and more than 8 years in experience as an Operations Manager. I've managed a starting program that grew to more than 300 FTEs and have been the Program OIC. I am a reliable and hard working professional that can give you a high quality service be it in Technical Support, Customer Service, Chat or Email support.
Backed with years of Technical Support and Customer Service experience, I easily understand how customers react or counteract to specific situations and turns it into an experience that help increase customer satisfaction and retention. My main focus is to set key strategies that would increase clients' campaign marketability and efficiency through best known methodologies and breakthrough techniques that today's technologies offer.
