I have 20  years of solid working expertise in Customer Service, Email Support Specialist, Social Media Moderator, Order Fulfillment, Vendor and Supplier coordination, Billing, and Sales.  Because of my dedication, hard work, and passion, I have been recognized and awarded for consistently meeting customer experience satisfaction and sales target. I have attended workshops and training to improve my knowledge in handling different customers and how I respond to them. 

I have also been engaged in Virtual Assistant jobs and have served clients in different parts of the world. I have strong administrative and clerical experiences and I know how to manage my time effectively to become more productive. My knowledge and skills have expanded when I became a Sr. Recruiter.  I conduct sourcing and recruitment strategies in different channels. 

I am highly motivated and positive in all the things that I do. I am able to adapt to all sorts of situations and am dedicated and seeing the work through until completion.
