Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for over 10 years and as a recruitment specialist for 6 years. Many of my customer service skills played a big role in my success as a recruitment specialist, and I would love to expand my skills in talent acquisition further. As a recruiter, I was tasked with conducting initial interviews with applicants, facilitating assessments, scheduling final interviews (internally and with clients), extending and negotiating job offers, collecting and validating mandatory requirements, and assisting with the onboarding process. I was also given ad hoc tasks such as helping in reporting, presenting said reports during monthly and quarterly meetings, and weekly calibration with clients. I was tasked with 10 projects within the organization, simultaneously hiring actively for at least 5 projects, mostly on my own. The roles included entry to mid-level careers.
