Most recently, I’ve been a Team Manager at Concentrix, where I’ve been responsible for guiding my team, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that pop up. I really enjoy helping people and fostering a positive environment where everyone can grow. Before that, I worked as a customer service representative for companies like T-Mobile and DoorDash, handling a high volume of calls and ensuring customer satisfaction. What drew me to this role is the opportunity to combine my management skills and customer service experience in a virtual setting. I love the idea of being able to support a team remotely and use my organizational skills to keep things running smoothly.
