Good day! I am responsible for managing daily communication with our onshore clients, ensuring clear, timely, and effective coordination. I also handle the preparation and distribution of Renewal Letters, Termination Letters, and customer flyers, tailoring each to meet our clients’ specific needs.

I am highly proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data filtering, data entry, and data analysis.

I manage a small team and oversee all updates and process changes to ensure smooth operations. I organize and lead daily training sessions, helping tea ---------- mbers effectively understand and retain key processes.

I am also responsible for facilitating the team’s Monthly Business Review with our client, where I present performance metrics, including productivity and quality assurance results. Additionally, I provide regular weekly updates to track progress and ensure continuous improvement.
