QA SOFTWARE PROGRAM AND HARDWARE
Manage the QA Testing of the Software/hardware on (SIT, UST, and PROD).
Manage the documentation of the inventory of the Software version.
Manage the software/ hardware program debugging.

Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary.
Inspection of assembled equipment, to ensure proper installation.
Inspection of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.
Tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation.
Interact with internal and external project managers during field projects.
Provide quick and accurate service on client’s queries and complaints. Clearly and professionally interact with customer, regarding status of commissioning, on a daily basis.
On-site installation/commissioning of queue system management as used by Hospitals, Insurance Company and other government agencies.
Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
Perform query and SQL command on MSSQL and Firebird FDB
Performs other duties as assigned.
