I worked as a Virtual Assistant in the insurance industry, providing administrative support, managing client communications, managing leads, pipelines and workflow automations, intake forms, handling policy-related tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with professionalism and attention to detail.

I bring over four years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in customer service and technical support through phone and email channels. I worked my way up from frontline support to becoming a Subject Matter Expert and eventually a Technical Advisor II.

In my role as Technical Advisor II, I diagnosed and resolved complex technical issues while also providing e-commerce support. I assisted customers with presales inquiries, order fulfillment, after-sales concerns, warranty claims, and subscription management. I regularly handled escalated cases and ensured prompt resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

I used Salesforce as my primary CRM platform to manage live customer interactions efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation. For phone handling, we used softphone as our main software application.
Additionally, I briefly worked for a flower company where Zendesk was our CRM tool.

Before transitioning into the BPO industry, I gained hands-on experience in data entry, payroll processing, basic accounting, purchasing, government procurement, and inventory management. These roles helped me develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.

I have also completed formal General Virtual Assistance training, covering time management, email management, and calendar management. These skills allow me to effectively support administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.

I truly valued my previous role and the experience I gained. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which strengthened my teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills. I am comfortable working with minimal supervision, managing my time effectively, and consistently delivering quality results.
