I build AI automations that take real work off your plate. Lead routing, CRM sync, appointment booking, invoicing, reporting, email triage. If your team does it by hand every week, I can probably automate it.

My main tools are n8n, Make, and Zapier (50+ production workflows built so far), with Claude and ChatGPT handling the AI layer. Some things I've shipped recently:

- A Messenger chatbot + CRM for travel agencies that answers inquiries from the client's own catalog, saves leads to Airtable, and follows up automatically. Live in production today.
- An overnight market research agent that cut a client's 6-hour weekly research cycle down to a ready-made brief by 8am.
- An AI voice agent that answers calls 24/7 and raised appointment show-up rates by 44%.
- Lead generation pipelines on Apify and Apollo, enriching and routing 5,000+ leads a month into GoHighLevel and HubSpot.

Before going full-time into automation, I spent 10+ years in operations and executive support: 6.5 years with an Australian auction house and a year directly supporting the CEO of a Las Vegas AI startup. So I understand the business side, not just the tech. I document everything I build, so your team can run it without me.
