I am a Project and Client Success professional with over 5 years of experience supporting international clients across customer service, operations, project coordination, and real estate services. Currently, I work as a Project and Client Success Manager, where I manage client onboarding, coordinate deliverables, track project timelines, maintain documentation, and serve as a primary point of contact for over 100 active clients.

I thrive in fast paced remote environments and work with minimal supervision. My strengths include client communication, project coordination, process improvement, CRM management, documentation, and administrative support. I am highly organized, proactive, and known for taking ownership of my work and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
