In my previous position as an email and live chat service agent at CarParts.com, I flourished in a fast-paced atmosphere that required strong organization and critical thinking skills. We maintained stringent response timings, ensuring that clients received messages every two minutes. This allowed me to multitask well, traversing the system and catalog while handling a variety of client demands such as replacements, refunds, warranties, tracking queries, and note-taking. Finally, my goal was to identify the greatest solution for each customer's complaint.

My passion for learning fuels my journey as a virtual assistant. Currently enrolled in The VA Bar's comprehensive training program, I'm actively developing essential VA skills. I also leveraged my interest in design by completing a graphic design course at Kurso.ph, allowing me to create social media graphics and contribute to website content creation – skills directly applicable to supporting your online presence. I also worked as an editor for an online streaming agency for 2 years. I created visual materials like logos and banners for the streamers so they could promote it to their supporters.

Eager to learn and contribute, I'm actively honing my virtual assistant skills through The VA Bar's training program. In addition, I completed a course in social media management at Kurso.ph, equipping me with the skills to manage social media scheduling, content planning, and basic graphic design tasks.
