As a marketing officer, every sale was needed to be input in microsoft excel for monitoring before final input to SAP. Sales report are also generated from the excel and exported files in SAP for comparison and balance checking. Detailed breakdown of marketing budget per month are also submitted via microsoft excel. A year of being an accounting officer also allowed me to explore microsoft excel. From liquidations, checking of total budget request, and even in checking of cheques before printing, all details must be input in excel before and after processing. Which allowed me to check and monitor cheques and processed request even when SAP or banking sites were unavailable.

I am a 26 yr old Filipina. I have been working for 7yrs now, my previous jobs were mostly accounting related since I finished a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. Since November 2024 up to present I am working as an appointment setter for ABC Academy. My job is to attend to inbound messages in the affiliates Instagram, build a rapport and discreetly qualifying leads. The goal is to schedule a call for qualified leads and the closers. Sending of daily tracking through reports in WhatsApp is part of my role too and attending daily meeting with the manager and affiliates to address problems and issues in the dms. Worked for an online academy that offers online courses on digital sales and marketing for 7 months, and now working for an online fitness program based in UAE.
