Profile Description

I have experience working in the BPO Industry for an American account (Apple). My duties and responsibilities were handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to customer calls using product knowledge, resolving customer questions and issues, work to build customer confidence in the brand and when applicable, we promote opportunities for additional products and services. 

I have 8 years of solid experience in the HR industry. Focused on Admin and Recruitment, my responsibilities includes assessing applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests, provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies, sourcing, conduct initial interview of qualified applicants, endorse candidates to the recruiters/clients, check all documents/requirements of candidates before on-boarding and welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation. 

I also have 4 years of experience working as a Legal Admin Assistant. Familiar in using case management softwares, PEXA etc.
