eCommerce Associate I As an Amazon E-commerce Specialist, my primary responsibilities include processing and managing orders, maintaining and updating Amazon product catalogs, providing sales performance reports, overseeing inventory management within Amazon portals, monitoring order fulfillment and deliveries, and supplying management with accurate product and inventory information. I also work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate upcoming promotions, events, and business initiatives, while collaborating with Logistics Teams to ensure timely updates on order status and fulfillment activities. In addition, I am trained in Shopify and various third-party (3P) marketplaces, with experience in product listing and uploads, warranty management, refund processing, and order verification, ensuring a seamless customer and operational experience.

Global Trainer As global trainers, our primary role is to facilitate new hire classes, as well as upskill and cross-train cyclical groups across various regions, including the Philippines, the United States, and Guatemala. We are equipped to support multiple lines of business, such as member advocacy, provider services, and pharmacy. In addition, we are responsible for creating training materials, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and effectively managing our time to balance classes, administrative tasks, and email communications.

As an Amazon customer service representative, our primary role is to assist customers with searching for items on the website, comparing products across different sellers, placing orders, processing payments, tracking deliveries, and reaching out to sellers regarding their purchases. As Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), we assist agents who need help with processes or system-related clarifications. While our main focus is supporting new hires, we also provide guidance to those already in production.
