Profile Description

I have been working for the biggest bank in the US for 8 years now. For my first 7 years in the company, I have worked as a customer service representative assisting Consumer and Business Banking clients over the phone. Over the years I have honed my experience with providing excellent customer service that greatly contributed to our company being seen as a trusted bank for our customers. Last year I was promoted to another line of business dedicated to our high net worth clients, wherein I now provide high class and the same excellent customer service by catering to their time sensitive money movement requests which they send over through email or call in directly through their Private Bankers , who are our partners at the job.
I have been with the BPO industry already prior to my career with current employer. I've handled multiple customer service accounts and I specialized in technical support. I am well versed with supporting customers globally, whatever time zone they are in and have handled chat, email and phone support. The accounts that I have handled before are: Sprint Corporation, Lexmark, Pearson Online Academy, Electronic Arts and Telstra.
With my experience, this has made me good at performing accurate research, being well-versed at multiple company products/offerings that I can provide accurate information so I can show great insight on what a company has to offer and be very patient and accommodating to different types of customers.
I'm very efficient and dependable that you can trust me to complete whatever task I am asked to do on time with the best quality possible. Since I'm very self-sufficient as well and always interested in learning, I can assure that I can easily be trained in whatever tasks or programs I need to learn for the job. I require very minimal supervision once I am proficient with the job which won't take a lot of time.
