As a Customer Service Assistant, I believe I have these 3 important qualities:
(1) Superior communication skills are essential to good customer service. Good customer service should not only listen but also understand the needs and concerns of the customers.
(2) Patience is also important, especially for those customers who are difficult to deal with.
(3) Caring is also important because customers are also looking for someone who cares about them, not just "doing the job". A good customer service job requires a caring attitude in general about helping people. My experiences can help me to be a competent workforce for your company. I also have experience on Amazon Seller Central - product listing, managing and reserving inventory to protect the stocks, issuing refunds/replacements, creating coupons, generating reviews, monitoring hijackers, and handling PPC campaigns. My experience in handling Amazon Customer Service includes but is not limited to answering reviews/feedback, converting positive feedback to review, and dealing with complaints, inquiries, messages, returns, and refunds. I am also familiar with Product Research and Keyword Research using tools such as Keywords Inspector, Keywords Tool Dominator, Google Adwords, Merchant Words, HOPPS, Profits Engine, and Jungle Scout. I am familiar with Review Kick, Feedback Genius, and Sales Backer which are also useful tools for managing/selling through Amazon. I was also a Social Media Manager.
