•Handling inbound calls, demonstrated attention to detail. •Responsible for tracking the shipment, order and status of the package. •Placing the orders/supplies, processing customer payment and transactions. •Utilizing order and pricing systems and ensuring information is accurate. •Scheduling a pick-up, changing the delivery address and helps in re-routing the shipment.

•Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding collection issues, accepting payments, process and review account adjustments, and offering payment arrangements. •Completing transactions, providing information on additional services. •Walk-through customers through their internal system to get them verified. BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST(Credit Bureau Reporting)-thoroughly reviewing the client's account status FRUD SPECIALIST-conducting thorough investigations, detecting, preventing, and reporting fraudulent claims on the client's account, and reviewing all of the documents of the customers
