I help e-commerce brands deliver fast, reliable customer support using Gorgias and Shopify—so no message gets missed and customers stay happy.

I’m a Customer Support Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience handling chat and email support for online stores. I specialize in managing high volumes of customer inquiries while keeping responses clear, professional, and aligned with your brand voice.

Currently, I work with Gorgias to handle tickets related to:

Order tracking and shipping issues
Returns, refunds, and replacements
Product inquiries and general support

I’m comfortable using macros, tagging, and organizing tickets to keep everything efficient and easy to manage. I also work with Shopify to check orders, update customer details, and coordinate with fulfillment teams when issues come up.

I don’t just reply to customers—I help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
