Hello!

I have been a virtual assistant for 2 years doing back office tasks, specifically Facebook postings, emails, sending SMS, and data entry. I have also been part of an answering service team in an Australian company, doing inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, and was a point of contact to communicate with our admin/client through a weekly meeting. Apart from that, I was also trained by a real estate answering service team to assist with some interested prospective tenants for apartment bookings and create a work order for tenants in the apartment. I have also been trained to do skip tracing. I have also had a little background in cold calling. The tools and sites that I already use are Trello, Outlook, MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, Skype, Slack, Google Sheets, Salesforce, 3CX, and Jitsi.

With all of my gained experiences, I was able to become a dedicated, excellent timekeeper, goal-oriented, keen to detail, and versatile assistant.
