For over 10 years, I've had the opportunity to work alongside businesses across financial services, events, food & hospitality, real estate, and photography, building a well-rounded background in business development, customer success, sales, and operations.

Much of my work has centered around building trust at every stage of the customer journey—from engaging prospective clients and nurturing meaningful conversations to supporting hundreds of client interactions each week with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Whether qualifying opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating across teams, or ensuring a seamless experience from first enquiry to final delivery, I've always believed that great service is built on clear communication, consistency, and genuine relationships.

What I've learned throughout my career is that sustainable growth comes from getting the fundamentals right—clear communication, reliable systems, and a genuine commitment to the people behind the business. Whether it's improving workflows, strengthening client relationships, or making sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks, I enjoy finding practical ways to make life easier for both teams and customers. Along the way, I've become proficient with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ClickUp, Slack, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to help keep operations organized and moving forward.
