I am an experienced recruiter with about 8 years background doing end-to-end recruiting, I have developed a strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
As a recruiter, my responsibility starts from attending intake calls/meeting with the client to discuss the priority requirements needed to fill for the week, post jobs on career portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Monster and Career Builder. I also paper screen candidates and shortlist which applicant has a strong profile that matches on the job that we are looking. Check each candidates certification, if the job requires any certification, to validate if they have current license on the locations we are working. Then do initial call/interview with the candidates before sending them over to my account manager. I would describe myself as a result-driven, goal-getter, and self-reliant. Combined with my experience, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization. I see the position as the perfect next step in my career. In the position of Recruiter.
