Profile Description

I have been working  in the industry for almost 6 years. Most of my work experience is  in recruitment, screening, onboarding and a little bit of people management. As a psychology graduate with units in teaching, I am also a license teacher, this is an additional skills for me since I was also able to handle a small team that helps me train my associates. Currently, I am working as a process coordinator responsible for hiring tutors, quality audits of the application and project management such as developing operations manual of our daily application processing.
