I have been in the BPO industry since 2008. I started as an agent for a sales campaign from 2008 to 2010. From 2011 until 2012 I became a 411 Directory Assistant where I helped T-Mobile Customers with reverse look-up and phone number look-up. In 2014 I became a Loan Processor for a UK Lending Company, and when the company shut down. I worked for Balance Credit which is a US lensing company, I started as a Loan Processor and then I worked my way up till I became one of their Customer Service Supervisors. I worked for them until 2017, then I started to venture into the BPO business, I acquired US contracts that I outsource to Philippine Call Centers and other Call Centers around the globe. The business is now stable and so I am looking for a side hustle to upskill and to keep me busy.
