I am a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant and Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting U.S. law firms in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense cases. I have worked remotely with attorneys and legal teams in West Verginia, Kentucky, Texas, and California, handling both administrative and legal operations with accuracy and professionalism.

My experience includes managing medical records and billing, preparing medical expense summaries, tracking liens, assisting with demand packages, and maintaining well-organized case files. I am comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts, and I understand the importance of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

In criminal defense, I have experience reviewing court orders, calendaring hearings and deadlines, filing pleadings through PACER, updating case management systems, coordinating client calls (including interpreters), and ensuring attorneys are promptly informed of urgent case developments.
