I'm proficient in MS Office Suites and Google Apps. I also have basic skills in Adobe Photoshop for editing and enhancing photo qualities, Wordpress posting, Keap scheduling, Salesforce contact management, and other apps needed for project management.Aside from the above mentioned skills,I have worked as a customer support for phone, email, and chat. Managed a team for admin support and have handled social media marketing on different platforms, worked on several e-commerce stores and handled product research. Aside from management, I've also trained individuals for specific admin tasks which have been vital for the company. Additionally, I have worked around Shopify, processed order changes, cancellations, refunds, and more.
