Hi, I’m Norwina. I help businesses grow by doing more than just completing tasks. I take time to understand what the business needs so I can support goals, improve processes, and help drive results.

For the past 5+ years, I have worked in sales support, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, and business operations. I have set over 5000 appointments for companies such as Glassdoor, Cisco, AWS, and Philips Healthcare. Through personalized outreach and consistent follow-ups, I helped increase lead conversions by up to 30%. This experience taught me how to connect with people, understand their needs, and turn conversations into real opportunities.

Along the way, I expanded my skills into e-commerce and operations support. I completed a 30+ hour Shopify e-commerce and Dropshipping VA course and gained hands on experience building and managing Shopify stores. I worked on product research, order fulfillment, landing page creation, product listings, and store optimization. I also created visual product content using Canva to make listings more attractive to customers.

In my recent role supporting an e-commerce business, I managed sales team operations and helped improve daily workflows. I set up Zendesk and Klaviyo from scratch to organize customer support and automate email and SMS marketing. I also created and launched email campaigns in Klaviyo that helped increase overall sales by up to 20%. My daily tasks included handling customer inquiries through Gmail and Zendesk, creating invoices, managing Shopify landing pages, and supporting website performance to help the business grow.
