I have been working as a Customer service representative and technical support in a bookkeeping company using QuickBooks Online for 5 years. 3 years as a technical support and 2 years as tier2 or subject matter expert. During this time I have developed a strong foundation in accounting. Aside from that I also handle a team and do supervisory call. My role Is to guide and teach agents about the product and how accounting works. Being a subject matter expert and a supervisor I do support and answer inquiries to each customer consultation provided by my agents.
