Profile Description

I am a Psychology graduate with over one year and one semester of academic exposure and training in Human Resources. Throughout my studies, I developed a strong foundation in employee relations, organizational behavior, and core HR practices. I also completed a one-month internship in recruitment and sourcing at a BPO company, where I gained hands-on experience in candidate screening, job posting, and supporting the overall hiring process.

In addition, I have five months of experience as a Property Investment Consultant, where I developed strong communication, persuasion, and client relationship management skills. I handled client inquiries, conducted needs assessments, and guided potential investors through their decision-making process. This role strengthened my ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment, allowing me to bring a results-oriented and people-focused approach to my work.
