·Proactively monitor and support the stability of an application stack to ensure 24 X 7 x 365 operations
·Respond to alarms/tickets/issues according to Standard Operating Procedures
·Provide first line of investigation, diagnosis, validation and triage of production issues to reduce impact time
·Open internal trouble tickets as required
·Monitor scheduled jobs and other scheduled tasks to ensure proper execution and resolution of issues for failed jobs
·Participate in bridge calls for outages/degrades affecting Travel Guard applications to provide status of monitoring to PSUPP, GCC and Resolver Groups
