>> Marketing Automation & CRM
I build end-to-end workflows in GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and ManyChat — lead follow-up sequences, client onboarding and offboarding automations, appointment booking, missed call text-back, pipeline management, and contact segmentation.

>> Funnel & Course Platform Setup
I set up and manage funnels in GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels, and handle full course and membership platform setup in Kajabi, Skool, Thinkific, and GoHighLevel including student onboarding and community management.

>> Virtual & Executive Assistance
Inbox management, calendar coordination, scheduling, data entry, document formatting, file organization, invoice creation, billing follow-ups, payment tracking, and SOP documentation.

>> Recruiting & Hiring Support
Job posting on Indeed and WordPress, initial candidate screening interviews, and coordination of onboarding materials for new clients.

>> Social Media & Marketing Support
Social media scheduling and engagement, Canva graphics, newsletter support, basic blog promotion, and email marketing campaign setup via ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp.

>> E-Commerce & Procurement
Product listing management on Shopify and Wix, Printful integration and syncing, product research (SKUs, descriptions, ISBNs), swag and gift sourcing, supplier communication, shipping label printing, and event materials coordination.

>> Project Management & Operations
I work inside ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Airtable, Trello, and Basecamp to keep projects organized and teams aligned. I also produce SOPs, video walkthroughs, and playbooks so your team can run systems confidently without you.

I'm tech-savvy, reliable, and comfortable learning new platforms quickly. I work Monday to Friday and am responsive and easy to communicate with.

**Rate: $12 - $15/hr depending on scope**
