Hello! I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate and newly licensed nurse with experience in customer support, sales chat support, and social media management.

Through my previous roles, I developed strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills while working in fast-paced remote environments. These experiences taught me how to handle customer concerns professionally, meet performance goals, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

In addition to my work experience, I have been actively developing my administrative and virtual assistant skills through hands-on portfolio projects involving appointment scheduling, calendar management, email management, data organization, and workflow documentation using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.

My nursing education strengthened my attention to detail, documentation skills, professionalism, confidentiality awareness, and ability to remain organized under pressure. These are skills I am excited to apply in healthcare and administrative support roles.
