Also being able to handle a back office type of work, I can confidently rate my Email Support skill a 5 star since I have been trained for such type of work and have been able to perform and communicate with customers and clients through email.

I have conquered a solid 1 year and 10 months (and counting) in handling customer concerns in the company work for. All those months (22 months) I have received a lot of acknowledgements for the work that I do and the services that I offer to the client's customers. I can say I have successfully cultivated excellent communications skills through those times of experience and I am very excited to apply the skill as a Virtual Assistant or in any other types of online work.

Since I have been working for a BPO company for the past years of my life, active listening has been one of the key skill why I have achieved the others (skills). All the acknowledgements I received in my Customer Service Associate role is because of the key skill "active listening" that I have.

I am able to contact customers through phone call and has also been able to communicate with them effectively. I speak english fluently that the person on the other line can clearly understand my point.

I have been able to be assigned to a Telco account in the company I work in.
