Profile Description

I have been in the Human Resource field for 14 years and within my tenure, I have managed to step up in my career and took over roles such as human Resource Officer-Talent Management, and Recruitment Consultant in different business industries.

I also have over 3 years of remote recruiter experience handling different US job positions. which made me exposed to different recruitment platforms and software that is beneficial in tracking and data management of applicants' profile and application status. Also doing Calendar and Schedule Management and conducting in-depth interviews with applicants in reference to the specification of the vacant position. In my recent project, aside from being an HR Generalist, I've also handled payroll for 100 agents.
Proficient in handling different ATS: Zoho, Lumesse, SHL, Taleo, JobDiva and Hubstaff.
Also, doing out of the box sourcing techniques through Linkedin, Google, Ziprecruiter, Indeed, Monster, JazzHR, Upwork, Online ---------- , Simplyhired.

I'm also proficient in using Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and Powtoon.

Way back, I also engaged myself in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist and exposed to 3 major channels: email, chat, and phone.
