Currently, I am working as an Executive Concierge. Prior to this, I had the opportunity to work as a Guest Service Officer in a hotel, where I developed a solid foundation in hospitality and customer service. I am interested in expanding my horizons and seeking new challenges for both personal and career growth.
During my time as a Guest Officer, I gained invaluable experience in managing communication with guests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role laid the groundwork for my current position as an Executive Concierge, where I have continued to refine my skills in providing personalized service, anticipating client needs, and enhancing their overall experience.
I am particularly interested in roles that involve
strategic planning, and advanced client relationship management. Additionally, I am keen to participate in any training or development programs that would prepare me for such roles and allow me to contribute more significantly to our team.
