I'm the kind of person who actually enjoys organizing messy data, solving problems before they snowball, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Right now, I'm working at the Department of Health (Region 5) where I handle data entry, vaccine inventory tracking, and coordinate with 70+ barangay health centers under the National Immunization Program. I live in Excel daily, building reports, tracking supplies, and keeping records clean so my team can make decisions fast.

Before this, I worked remotely for a UK heavy machinery company as a customer support assistant. I handled email and chat inquiries, walked buyers through product choices, troubleshot basic engine issues, and kept orders organized using Freshdesk, Shopify, and bOnline. I also spent time in BPO doing telecom customer service, so I know what it's like to juggle multiple tickets, stay calm under pressure, and still keep customers happy.

Tools I'm comfortable with: Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, you name it), Google Sheets, Freshdesk, Shopify, Canva, Slack, Microsoft Office

What I'm good at: Turning chaos into order, supporting teams and customers, troubleshooting issues quickly, and staying dependable when deadlines get tight.

I studied Aircraft Maintenance Technology and completed Fleet Management Training, so I'm wired to understand how systems work and how to keep them running. I'm detail-oriented, I learn new tools fast, and I genuinely care about doing good work.
