With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. My expertise lies in system and network administration, application deployment, and testing. I possess extensive knowledge of viruses, spyware, malware removal, and forensics.
My proficiency extends to operating systems such as Windows, OSX, and Linux, web platforms including Shopify, WordPress, OP2, Amazon Cloud, Digital Ocean, and cPanel, and databases such as SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Access. Additionally, I am skilled in virtualization tools such as VMware Workstation, vSphere, Oracle Virtual Box, and Hyper-V, as well as LMS systems like Moodle, Oracle UPK, and Author-It.
I am familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies and have experience in both manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium IDE, Dusk, and Eclipse.
