I work as a chat and voice customer support professional. My role is to assist clients with tracking their orders, processing refunds, contacting third-party sellers, processing returns, guiding consumers through the ordering process, and performing basic troubleshooting on their account issues. And I worked on-site for 6 months and set up at home for the remaining months.

I worked as a customer service representative for Sprint, which is now part of T-Mobile. My job entailed assisting customers with activating their mobile phones, changing their plans, performing basic troubleshooting on their connection/internet issues, processing their payments, and a variety of other tasks. Afterwards, I work as a chat and voice customer support professional.
