Handle a high volume of calls, chat, and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Accurately record all call details, technical steps, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

I do a live content for at least minimum of three hours a day. And record myself whenever i have special events, daily routine etc.

For my former position now I'm the one who handle the marketing of our store example by processing the sponsorships and collaterals for our brand.

I post on social media platforms about the hiring position and schedule the initial interview. I'm also the one who interview the applicants, but before that I critically think about who are the motivated applicants that deserve the available position. After that I also process the files of every employee who passed the interview and then coordinate to our head office.

This kind of work is a unique experience to every individual if i will give a chance to be hired in this kind of daily task, I think this will be my favourite. A fun and creative where i know i can do my critical thinking with every content that assign to me
