Confer with customers by telephone, chat, or email providing information about products or services. Keep records of interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions by checking to ensure appropriate changes to
resolve all issues. Provided administrative tasks by performing activities such
as completing contract forms, preparing a change of address records, or issuing
service orders, using system software.



Provide high-quality professional administrative service to multiple clients.
Manage client's email inbox, responding to emails as necessary based on specific guidelines provided by the client. Quickly learn to apply daily changes regarding processes involving calls and running websites. Prepared monthly reports for upper
management including P&L and resolved technical Issue trends.
