Profile Description

I am able to work well under pressure, fast learner, and can cope up to environment easily. 


I was a Guest Service Center Agent and then promoted to Supervisor, worked in Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from September 2014-March 2019. I have extensive knowledge in customer service, I mostly handle guests complaints, I handle administrative works also such as scheduling of the agents, handling their attendance, and payroll. I handle incoming and outgoing calls, train my colleagues, and coach whenever needed. I have worked as well in Philippine Airlines as Customer Service Agent (Ground Attendant), I check in the passengers using SABRE, assists them, and handle complaints. I have mostly worked in Customer Service field. 

The systems that I have used in the past are Opera, Oasis, Ezee, Sleek, and Zoho (CRM) for my hotel experience and SABRE
systems for my airline job. 

Knowledgeable in Airbnb website app, Slack, VRBO, Lodgify, Buildium.

I was also a pharmacy supervisor, responsible for dispensing drugs and for inventory. I handle complaints if there are any, I am also assigned in procurement of goods. I ensure that the products that I dispense are correct and asks the Pharmacists to verify it to avoid mistakes.
