I am a Logistics and Truck Dispatcher Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting end-to-end dispatch operations, combining my experience in logistics coordination, accounting, bookkeeping, and procurement support to help trucking and freight businesses run efficiently and profitably.


I have experience managing dispatch operations for a warehouse distributor handling FMCG products in the Philippines, coordinating daily deliveries, assigning routes, and ensuring on-time dispatch through consistent communication with drivers, operations teams, and stakeholders.


I have practical skill in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and DAT load boards for load booking, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and route optimization. I understand the importance of minimizing empty miles, reducing delays, and keeping trucks moving to maximize revenue.


Alongside dispatch operations, I bring accounting and bookkeeping experience, including tracking expenses, processing payroll support, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate documentation for billing and reporting. I also have procurement experience handling purchase requests, supplier coordination, and transaction monitoring to help control operational costs and maintain organized workflows.
