I am a results-driven Remote Real Estate Acquisition Manager with strong experience in seller negotiations, lead qualification, and contract management for U.S.-based real estate investors. I help acquisition teams secure profitable deals by accurately analyzing property values, managing CRM pipelines, and building trust with homeowners.

I have worked in fully remote environments using CRM systems such as Podio and Salesforce, and productivity tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high lead volumes while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-ups.

I also have experience coaching and supporting acquisition associates, improving close rates, and streamlining workflows to reduce deal cycle time. I communicate clearly with sellers and internal teams and can work independently with minimal supervision.
