I was assigned the responsibility of addressing customer concerns for an E-commerce website. My tasks include troubleshooting website and app issues, resolving product, delivery, and account-related problems.

During my college days, I embarked on my video editing career by taking on the task of editing videos for a project in one of my subjects. Additionally, I had the opportunity to edit game highlights for a MOBA game for a streamer friend. One of the most unforgettable moments in my video editing journey was when I had the opportunity to work on a captivating short film for a local film festival. The film fell under the genre of horror-thriller, and my role involved editing the footage and incorporating various visual effects to intensify the film's atmosphere. One particular challenge I encountered was seamlessly transitioning between two distinct camera angles during a suspenseful scene. Through experimentation with different editing techniques and valuable input from the director, I eventually achieved the desired effect, which greatly heightened the impact of the scene. This experience taught me valuable lessons about the significance of meticulousness, effective communication, and collaborative efforts throughout the editing process. Witnessing the final product on the big screen at the festival and receiving positive feedback from the audience was incredibly rewarding.
