Customer Service Representative/Coordinator

I was working under a Team Leader who's project is to look for and screen qualified candidates to work in a clinic or schools for clinical positions in California.

As a CSR in Pharmacy Helpdesk, I was likely responsible for addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns tied to pharmacy prescriptions, medication orders, insurance coverage, and more.

I have Handled inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries. I have assisted customers with service setup, billing issues, technical problems, and plan changes, Promote and upsell company products and services also did basic trouble shootings. Also I have maintained up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and procedures for the customer's information.

As a Medical Representative, I thrived on engaging with potential clients and sealing deals. I found immense satisfaction in connecting with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying how our products could benefit them.

I have worked under a team leader who's job is to track delivery services and drivers for on time deliveries in US. We monitor driver's attendance, check delivery progress which includes how many packages has been delivered in a day.

As an ESL teacher, I took immense joy in connecting with my students within the Air Classroom. Guiding them through their language learning journey was not only rewarding but also a source of inspiration. I found great satisfaction in fostering a positive and engaging virtual environment, helping my students grasp new concepts and enhance their language skills.
