I have been a VA for more than 6 years now. I used to work as a Social Media Customer Support Team Lead for an e-commerce business. My job is to assist agents in managing our Facebook store pages by replying to inbox and comment inquiries. I also became a part-time Amazon VA for a local employment agency. The agency is looking for a client, I manage the client's Amazon store to help it grow as a business. I also have experience in Social Media Management and Lead Generation.

I have experience in using Slack. Zoho. Zendesk. Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram), and Google Suite.
