· Employee engagement and relations support
· Coordination between departments and external parties
· Legal documentation support - contracts, notices, corporate correspondence
Admin & Operations
· Asset inventory management and tracking
· Supplier coordination and vendor communication
· Office administration and facilities coordination
· Government and corporate registrations (SEC, BIR, LGU)
· Legal document preparation and compliance coordination
· Building SOPs, process workflows, and operational documentation
